returns and refunds
You can return any product purchased on Lilies Gold within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. In the 14 calendar days are not elapsed, your order will show the 'Request Return' button. Items must be returned intact, with the attached labels and the original packaging included. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted. Customized products (with engravings etc.) can not be returned.
To book a return:
1. Go to "My Orders" in your Lilies Gold account and select your order
2. Select the article you want to return
3. Confirm your address. Indicates the day and time slot in which you prefer that the courier picks up your return. If the collection address is different from the one in which the item was delivered, please contact our customer service.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details necessary to proceed with the return and the pre-filled waybill.
What you have to do:
1. Prepare the package with the item to be returned. Attach the waybill outside the package.
2. Deliver the package to the courier
3. Keep a copy of the waybill to be able to follow the status of the shipping using the tracking number.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received, the refund will be paid via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. You can follow the path of your package using the tracking number provided.
